1.Under the normal storage and transportation, maintenance, use conditions of the customer, if the goods can not be normally used due to manufacturing quality problems , we will provide three bags (warranty, caveat vendor, OZ) services.

2.Upon receipting of quality information feedback, we will propose opinions on handling within 24 hours, and rush to the scene within 100 hours to deal with the issue on the scene.and then we will analyze the causes and define responsibilities after the normal operation.

3.Provide the necessary technical documentation and product certificates for the factory products

4.According to customer demand or an agreement to provide timely spare parts and installation, commissioning, maintenance services and customer technical training for relevant persons.
5. Large-scale projects, in accordance with the requirements of bidding documents, we will organize producing, testing, inspection, and in line with customer on-site inspection.
6. Organize the purchasing of raw materials, parts procurement and production,inspection of the goods Strictly according to IS09001 standards. During the customers use the product, If the product is found not work properly, they can immediately consult the Department of Marketing Center after-sales service and describe the product model, specifications, use of the environment, failure conditions, purchase date and the service requirements in detail. If it is still can not be solved the after-sales service department recommending treatment, and then decide to send people to there or for other treatments.
